The Heart of Listening

Somatic & Craniosacral Therapy in London

Welcome

Our bodies carry the imprint of our lives. Beneath the ways we adapt to love, responsibility, stress, illness, grief, trauma, surgery, and life transitions, there remains an inherent blueprint of health — a natural capacity for balance, coherence, and vitality.

From early formative patterns in childhood to adult experiences, the nervous system and tissues organize intelligently in response. What we live through shapes our structure, tone, neurobiology, immune responses, inflammation, digestion, fluid rhythms, mobility, motility, and the subtle ways we brace, hold back, or move through the world. It also shapes how we relate — to ourselves, to others, and to the spaces we inhabit.

These are not flaws. They are adaptations.

Over time, many of us learn to override the body’s signals: push through, stay functional, hold it together. Until the body asks for something different.

I offer a space for formative embodiment — a place to cultivate awareness of how your body remembers, and how it can reorient, restore, and reclaim vitality. Sessions are gentle, paced by your system, and designed to support presence, agency, and aliveness.

Nothing is assumed about why you are here, and there is no expectation to have a “problem” to fix. Some come seeking support through chronic conditions, trauma, grief, or life transitions; others come simply for a pause from life’s demands, a chance to slow down, land in their body, and reconnect with themselves.

The work creates space for your body to sense and explore what wants attention — whether through movement, breath, voice, or stillness — always guided by what feels safe, supportive, and attuned to you.

I welcome all bodies, and people from all backgrounds, gender identities, sexualities and neurodivergence. creating an affirming space where your story, your body, and your nervous system can be heard, held, and supported.

A Different Pace

This work offers a return to rhythm.

Through trauma-informed Craniosacral Therapy and somatic practice, we listen to how your nervous system organizes around experience — fight, flight, freeze, dissociation — and gently support it back toward regulation and coherence.

Nothing is forced.
Nothing is imposed.

We work within your window of tolerance, building steadiness and restoring capacity.

When the system no longer needs to brace, fragmented parts can integrate.
Breath deepens.
Energy reorganizes.
Life begins to move again.

Rhythms of Recovery

We live in a culture of force and function.
This is a space of pace and presence.

Whether you are navigating burnout, chronic illness, holding patterns of trauma, surgery interventions, motherhood, parenting, life transitions in all forms, grief, or simply the quiet sense that something needs tending — this is a place to pause. To listen. To re-inhabit.To remember yourself.

Healing Through Listening
